Why should I choose Style by Faye?
I am a trained and highly knowledgeable personal stylist. Fashion and helping people build confidence is my passion. I have an extensive knowledge of the shops and stores. I always work within your budget to advise and help you to choose those items that will make you look good and feel fantastic. Most importantly, I provide a service that puts you first, ensuring you feel at ease and together we get the best results.
What locations do you shop in?
Currently I operate in the South West and Midlands, at locations in Cheltenham, Bristol, the Cotswolds and Birmingham.
Do I need a shopping budget?
Yes. At our first meeting we will talk about budgets and what you hope to achieve for the money you have to spend. Looking good doesn't have to be about being dressed in designer labels, I can work to budgets large or small.
How will you know the type of stores I like and can afford?
During our initial meeting you will have the opportunity to tell me about the stores you usually shop in and if there’s any that you don’t like. I will ensure the stores we visit offer items suitable to your budget and hopefully introduce you to some new brands.
I struggle to find clothes to fit, will you really be able to help me?
Absolutely! The right garments are out there for everyone. It’s about understanding your body shape and proportion, to identify clothes that compliment your figure and create the right optical illusions to balance it.
How do I know I will get on with Faye?
Personal styling is just that - ‘personal’ - to you. I will always take the time to meet with you (face to face where possible) before any service so we have the opportunity to get to know one another. I pride myself on being easy to get along with, I’m not there to judge you or your clothes, I’m only interested in making you feel and look your best.
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made on line, by telephone or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by the Company
Definitions - "Company” or “we” means Style by Faye Limited;
“Services” means personal styling, wardrobe planning and personal shopping and any other services provided to you by the Company;
“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with the Company for the provision of Services.
Payments - Payment for gift vouchers and appointments must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable and if an appointment is cancelled will be forfeited. Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request.
Postponement and Cancellation - If you wish to postpone an appointment you must inform us not less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we are able to agree an alternative future date any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded.
Gift Vouchers - Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If no date is specified on the voucher the holder must make an appointment. If the holder wishes to postpone an appointment they must inform us not less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to start.
Relationship with Stores/Suppliers - The Company does not act as agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. The Company has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during the course of, or as a result of, the provision of Services by the Company.
